The Story
Adventure Summary
The year is 598 CY. The Flanaess trembles on the far side of war.
Though the fires of the Greyhawk-Zeif conflict have at last dimmed, the wounds are fresh. Armies have disbanded, treaties signed, but roads remain dangerous, towns wary, and too many turn to banditry—or worse. Amid the uneasy quiet, strange rumors whisper through the taverns of Verbobonc: elemental forces stir once more, and something unnatural simmers near the ruins of the old Temple.
But you’re just kids. Or so the world thinks.
From the bustling City of Greyhawk, a wagon creaks toward Hommlet—drawn not by warhorses, but a stubborn donkey named Mossy, and driven not by veterans, but a band of children entrusted with a cargo of experimental magical rations: self-warming bread pies branded DiGIRNO. They are pizza... but prophecy.
The Viscount hopes these enchanted meals will support adventurers during crises to come. But the route passes near Nulb. And though the Temple fell decades ago, old hungers linger in the land.
The K.I.D.S. Crew
Sir Cedric Mournvale – A boy knight with a paper charter, ill-fitting armor, and the heart of a lion.
Garrin “Mouse” Thistlemoor – A sewer-hardened urchin who calls himself a “Warden of the Wildways” and thinks raccoons count as forest spirits.
Thalanil “Fizz” Starpetal – A fey-touched elfling with more glitter than good sense and a suspicious obsession with magical pastries.
Joffrey “Joff” Bellweather – A wide-eyed child-cleric who serves... possibly all the gods. Still deciding. Breaks pizza like it’s holy bread.
